The Marine City Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to serving the needs and interests of the Marine City business community.  Our mission is to help improve and expand the economic life of Marine City by helping commerce flourish.

The Chamber maintains a community calendar of events.  Call or email with information about your group.

The Chamber of Commerce participates in the Call to Protect cell phone collection system.
Your unused cell phone can be reconditioned and given to a recipient to prevent domestic abuse.

The Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors meets the third Wednesday of each month at 7:30 a.m. at the Chamber office, 226 S. Water St., and all members of the Chamber are welcome to attend.

  • The Chamber of Commerce functions as an advocate for business interests in Marine City.
  • The Chamber provides access to group coverage with Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
  • A Business Directory is published as a free service to Chamber members.
  • New Businesses are welcomed with a symbolic Red Ribbon cutting picture distributed to the press.
  • Classes on marketing, taxes, and web site construction have been offered and new class subjects like starting a business and how to run a B & B will be offered.



 


  • The Chamber participates in annual festivals like Maritime Days and Oktoberfest and takes part in the annual Maritime Days Parade with Chamber sponsored, marine themed figures and floats.
  • Marketing materials, maps, brochures, walking tours and tourist guide books are available at the Chamber office.
  • The Chamber sponsors the annual, lighted Santa Parade.
